With its headquarters in Horn, Austria and its US headquarters in Winter Garden, Florida, RIEGL has a solid base from which to operate on the global market.
Located in Horn, an attractive small town in Lower Austria, around 85 km northwest of the Austrian capital Vienna, the RIEGL headquarters are right in the heart of the European Union, with good transport connections in all directions. There more than 74,000 square feet work space are provided for research, development, production, as well as for marketing, sales, training and administration. Another 350,000 square feet of open-air ground are used for product testing. A special airfield for testing UAV-based laser scanners on drones and the RIEGL hangar at Krems-Gneixendorf airfield - where the RIEGL aircraft for testing the airborne laser scanning systems is stationed - are located in the immediate vicinity. We are therefore ideally positioned here in Horn to provide the LiDAR industry with further innovations in the 3D.
