RIEGL's VZ-i series laser scanners, like the VZ-600i, the VZ-400i, and the VZ-2000i, offer latest waveform processing LiDAR technology to provide highly accurate and informative scan data acquisition and precise real-time on-board registration for a straightforward workflow in the field in terrestrial laser scanning.

Now RIEGL's Kinematic App allows the use of these scanners on moving platforms. Supported by a simple scanner setup and quick adjustment of the settings directly in the app, highly accurate data acquisition of large areas becomes possible in an incredibly short time and with little effort.

This opens up a wide range of additional applications in many different scenarios, e.g. mapping of urban areas, mining environment, or – when using boats – of bridge structures and shoreline areas.
