Tasks

• Deliver thorough and comprehensive training of RIEGL hardware and software solutions to new and existing users 
• Initial focus will be in the terrestrial lidar division 
• Trainings are to be delivered in-person or web-based 
• Generate training content in digital format and organize training content packages 
• Master the various workflows to operate RIEGL LiDAR scanners and systems and to process the resulting data 
• Assists in resolving customer support inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s  degree in engineering, geospatial sciences, teaching or a related technical field preferred
• Experience with LiDAR systems, 3D data processing, or geospatial software is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments as needed
