Responsibilities
- Resolve support tickets and answer inquiries related to the Terrestrial (TLS) division
- Communicate with customers via email, office phone, and after-hours phone
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions with the customer using TeamViewer for hardware and software issues
- Work directly with customers in-office to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Participate in the after-hours support program
- Develop or update internal documentation and workflows for TLS system testing, installation, data acquisition, and data processing
- Log and update all relevant information in Salesforce
- Perform QA/QC work orders
- Support TLS system testing for demos, training, or calibrations
Qualifications
- GIS/ Remote Sensing background preferred
- Experience with customer support
- An interest in lasers and photonics
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Travel to customer’s office/site when deemed necessary (Overall 5 – 10% travel expected)
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming
