RIEGL provides proven solutions – from laser rangefinders and distance meters to laser scanners and laser scanning systems - for industrial applications including process monitoring and automation, measurement of bulk material, industrial profile measurement, obstacle detection, collision avoidance, robotics and many more. 

Based on a rugged overall system design and the compactness of the housing, RIEGL industrial laser scanning solutions are ready for an installation even under narrow space conditions and for operation in rough environments. In order to guarantee continuous, reliable operation, special protective housings are additionally offered.

The scanners come with various interfacing options, like TCP/IP connections, Python scripting, ROS2 (robot operating system) drivers for a very flexible integration to existing measurement and control systems of the customer and to developing customized software packages for full exploitation of the acquired data.
