Privacy Policy for RIEGL VZ-i Series App

- PREAMBLE: In compliance with the applicable regulatory framework, this section aims to inform you of RIEGL INT’s policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure etc. of the App user’s (“End-User”) personal information.
- CONSENT: By using the App the End-User consents to the use of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The End-User’s consent hereunder may be freely revoked by the same.
- COLLECTED INFORMATION & PURPOSE OF USE: RIEGL INT may collect, store, delete, use as well as forward the End-User’s personally identifiable information or other data, whether actively submitted by the same (e.g. name, email address, passwords, screenshots etc.) or automatically retrieved (e.g. the End-User’s browser information such as IP-addresses) within RIEGL INT’s organization, to its affiliated companies as well as to RIEGL INT’s local business partners for the limited purposes of:
i. Processing any inquiries submitted to us by the End-User;
ii. Improving the End-User’s customer experience;
iii. Fulfilling any obligation based on the EULA or other contract; and/or otherwise in the sense provided for in the Austrian Data Protection Act 2000.
- SECURITY: RIEGL INT provides its best endeavours to secure the End-User’s information by utilization of commercially acceptable means for this purpose but is not in the position to guarantee a 100% security.
- CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY: RIEGL INT reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy or parts hereof and will inform the End-User accordingly. The End-User must consent to such amendments before using the App. The End-User’s use of the App after the publication of such updates/modifications constitutes the End-User’s acknowledgement and consent to abide and be bound by the updated/modified content.
