Responsibilities
- Work closely with all departments, including sales, operations, accounting and senior leadership, to provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic initiatives and business growth
- Contribute to the budgeting, monitoring, and analytics of all project and operational costs to help ensure financial efficiency and organizational profitability
- Develop cost savings initiatives, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to meet all department deadlines
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming
