Now RIEGL's Kinematic App allows the use of these scanners on moving platforms. Supported by a simple scanner setup and quick adjustment of the settings directly in the app, highly accurate data acquisition of large areas becomes possible in an incredibly short time and with little effort.

This opens up a wide range of additional applications in many different scenarios, e.g. mapping of urban areas, mining environment, or – when using boats – of bridge structures and shoreline areas.
