RIEGL revolutionizes scanner market

In the run-up to the trade fair Intergeo 2008 the announcement of a new generation of RIEGL scanners had already sparked the market’s interest. RIEGL’s presentation in Bremen was eagerly anticipated – and it left nothing to be desired.
In accordance with the slogan "Innovation in 3D" RIEGL presented true "fireworks" in innovations:
The new V-line scanners were convincing not only in their appealing, modern design, but distinguished themselves especially through their significantly increased performance data. Fully digital signal processing and – worldwide for the first time – online waveform analysis in real-time revolutionize the range of possibilities in data evaluation. “Hands-on” pilot production equipment and devices were presented to exhibit the compact, robust and light design in an impressive way.  
The masterpiece of the new V-line, the 3D laser scanner RIEGL VZ-400, exceeded the wildest expectations of the many visitors, and even senior representatives of competitors were full of praise for the performance data (measuring speed, precision). The first order of scanners is scheduled to be delivered in January 2009.
The representative Intergeo stand, in unmistakable RIEGL design, provided an overview of RIEGL's range of services that has now become even wider.

Altogether, it was a successful exhibition that consolidates RIEGL's position as the leading provider of laser scanner systems and that, true to the slogan "Innovation in 3D", gives reason to expect more revolutionary innovations "Made by RIEGL".
