JALBTCX Workshop 2022

The 23rd Annual JALBTCX Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Technical Workshop will take place from June 28 - July 1, 2022 at Hancock County Performing Arts Center in Kiln, Mississippi.

The JALBTCX Airborne Coastal Mapping and Charting Technical Workshop is comprised of three full days of presentations, break-out groups and discussion panels about the state-of-the-art in airborne coastal mapping and charting from government, academia and industry practitioners.  The topics airborne coastal mapping and charting sensor development, algorithm development, data fusion, topo and bathy lidar and much more are included.

We would like to invite you to join the RIEGL presentation "Report on demo projects with the VQ-840-G compact bathymetric scanner around the globe" given by Dr. Martin Pfennigbauer on Wednesday, June 29, from 14:30 to 15:30 and the presentation "Evaluating the influence of pulse repetition rate and flying height on the performance of the RIEGL VQ-840-G for riverine bathymetric mapping" given by Paul Kinzel on Thursday, June 30, from 08:30 to 10:00.
