ISPRS Centenary Celebration Vienna

In July this year, the ISPRS (International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing) is celebrating its 100th anniversary at its founding location Vienna at the Vienna City Hall.
We are giving three main reasons why RIEGL not only attends but also is a main sponsor of this year's ISPRS meeting.

For one thing, the ISPRS is important for RIEGL because it is a meeting place for scientists. Learning about the latest research topics and requirements there, we can respond appropriately by developing instruments which perfectly fit the needs of our customers.

Participants include all relevant universities and institutes which not only deal with laser scanning on a research level but also use the equipment for education. Consequently, students learn about and get to use RIEGL products. These users are important opinion leaders for RIEGL.

Another major aspect is meeting users of our instruments at the ISPRS centenary celebration. Keeping in contact and maintaining a direct relationship with users of our equipment is essential to strengthening their confidence in RIEGL and its products. The users' feedback we receive is valuable information helping us to keep or even improve the high technical standard of our instruments as well as the quality of our customer support.

Last but not least, attending the ISPRS centenary celebration is of significant importance from a marketing point of view. RIEGL will be showing presence with continuously improved and newly developed instruments at the cutting edge of technology.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Vienna!
