    Element Name:   rlms:reflectance
    Type:           Float/ScaledInteger/Integer
    Description:    The amplitude of target echo with respect to the amplitude
                    of a white diffuse target at the same range. Reflectance is
                    a relative measure expressed in dezibels. The reflectance
                    is independent from target range.

    Element Name:   rlms:amplitude
    Type:           Float/ScaledInteger/Integer
    Description:    The amplitude of target echo with respect to the amplitude
                    at the detection limit. Amplitude is a relative measure
                    expressed in dezibels. The amplitude is dependent on target
                    range.
